Chequerfield Footbal Club was formed in June 2001 under the name of Chequerfield Rovers A.F.C but it was decided Two years later that we would drop the Rovers and in June 2003 we would just been known has Chequerfield A.F.C We will play in the Castleford & District Sunday
Invitation League Division One and we play and Change from the Chequerfield
Hotel. The club was formed in May 2001 by Ted Jenkins.
